Mission: Serving First and Community Responders by providing crisis intervention & stress management training, resources, support, and services.
Responders show up when others go through some of the worst times of their lives. They carry the burdens of what they see, hear, and are exposed to. Studies show us that responders experience higher rates of suicide, substance abuse, relationship issues, and mental health challenges. Research also shows that pre-intervention training and peer support improves mental wellness and long-term recovery.
Over the years as our reach grew so did our vision and desire to impact more lives. The CTC team decided to create a center where members of the response community can get education, resources, and support to strengthen them as they serve and help them thrive.
